Even if you lose the amount of weight you were planning, that’s no reason to stop training, because the benefits you’ll continue to reap are good health and fitness maintenance.
You may want to look into body weight training too: the exercises are simple, convenient and they do not require expensive equipment and gym membership. And if performed in rapid reps without resting periods between exercises, then they become a very efficient type of aerobic fitness training.
